2025-2026 SEASON

Youth Programs: September 15 to June 13

Masters: September 22 to June 14
Open Water Swimming: October 26 to June 14

Relève, Recreational or Competitive (Ages 6-12) – Tuesday & Thursday, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Coach: Suzy Tinkler

This program focuses on refining freestyle and backstroke techniques, introducing breaststroke and butterfly, and improving endurance. It provides a fun and recreational environment with no performance pressure. Swimmers can choose to participate in local (intra-club) and regional competitions.

Requirements:

  • Swim 25 meters freestyle continuously

  • Swim 25 meters backstroke

  • Equivalent to completed Junior 6 level

Espoirs Recreational or Competitive (Ages 7-12) – Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM

Coach: Loredana Horvat

This program is designed for young swimmers who have already mastered the basics and want to refine all four strokes. It introduces training techniques, maintains physical fitness, and includes dryland warm-up and strength exercises. Competition participation is optional. Swimmers can choose to compete in local (intra-club) and regional competitions.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly

Espoirs PLUS Competitive (Ages 7-12) – Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM + Thursday, 5:00/5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Coach: Loredana Horvat

This program is for intermediate-level swimmers who want to train for competitions in a more competitive environment, with additional training alongside the Elite group. It emphasizes structured training, physical conditioning, and dryland exercises. Swimmers will participate in local (intra-club) and regional competitions.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly

Élite 1 Competitive (Ages 10+) – Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Coach: Loredana Horvat

This program helps young swimmers develop discipline and training routines within the Elite Group. Each session includes 20-30 minutes of dryland preparation. Swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in local, regional, and provincial invitational competitions (if qualifying standards are met).

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in all four strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle)

  • Mastery of turns and starts

Élite 2 Competitive (Ages 10+) – Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM & Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Coach: Loredana Horvat

This program is designed for dedicated young swimmers who enjoy training, aim to perform at a high level, and wish to achieve provincial qualifying standards.
Selected swimmers receive mental, physical, and recovery support from the Laurentians Excellence Sports Development Council. Swimmers can compete in local, regional, and provincial invitational competitions (if qualifying standards are met).

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in all four strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle)

  • Mastery of turns and starts

  • Strong in-water and dryland training routines

 

New swimmers will be assessed during the first week to ensure balanced group levels.

Masters Morning

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

These programs are for adults who want to improve their swimming technique, challenge themselves, maintain fitness, or participate in competitions. Training sessions foster a team spirit and social environment. Swimmers of all levels are welcome!

Requirement: Must be able to swim 50 meters continuously

 

Open Water – Ages 16+

Sunday, 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM (October 26 to June 14)

This program is designed for adults who want to improve their open water swimming technique or train for a triathlon. Sessions focus on freestyle and long-distance swimming.
Beginner and intermediate levels welcome!

Requirement: Must be able to swim 50 meters continuously

** IMPORTANT ** 

VOLUNTEERING
Each swimmer (youth programs) or swimmer’s family (youth programs) is required to complete 10 hours of volunteer work per year for the CMNT. At the time of the first registration, an additional $200 will be charged per swimmer (youth programs) or per swimmer’s family. This deposit will be reimbursed, upon request, when the swimmer or the swimmer’s family leaves the club.

If the 10 volunteer hours (yearly) are not completed, a fee of $20 per unfulfilled hour will be deducted from the deposit.
Volunteer participation is essential to the smooth operation of the club and helps avoid an increase in registration fees. Thank you for your commitment!

ACCESS TO THE AQUATIC COMPLEX & NON-RESIDENT FEE

  • Access requirement: Swimmers must present their access pass at the Aquatic Complex counter before each training session.

  • Accepted cards: Accès Mont-Tremblant, Expérience +, or Expérience Mont-Tremblant.

  • Non-residents: A +75% surcharge on registration fees applies, plus tax, in accordance with the City of Mont-Tremblant’s municipal regulations. A Découverte card is also required.

  • CAMT access: Free for club members during their designated training hours. They may enter up to 30 minutes before their session. Outside of training hours, members must purchase access according to the current rates.
